Spring cleaning means 50-cent books, CDs, DVDs, and more

What can 50 cents buy you these days? At the Boise Public Library, you'll get quality used books, CDs, DVDs, and audiobooks.

Come to the Main Library's front porch June 9-10 for the Friends of the Library's annual "Clearance Sale." All items are just 50 cents - tax included - and all proceeds benefit the library.

The June sale is one of many held throughout the year by the all-volunteer Friends organization. The Friends also operate a storefront inside the Main Library, as well as an online store on Amazon.com (search for Tree City Books).
