Castle Rock: Mysteries of the Past
Dr. Todd Shallat, BSU, will entertain and educate people of all ages this Fourth of July weekend. During a gentle hike to Castle Rock, the hillside point near the Old Pen, Dr. Shallat will take an hour to tell you things you never knew happened on that hillside or in the valley. Meet at the museum at 10:45 for an 11am departure. $5 non-members, Free for members, sponsored by the Idaho Museum of Mining and Geology, 2455 Old Penitentiary Road, www.idahomuseum.org, 208-283-3186
