Wildavore is an Idaho Fish and Game adult hunting class. This program is for those that have little or no experience hunting deer but are interested in learning. We spend time out in the field and in the classroom discussing deer biology and habitat, confidence with firearm handling, hunting techniques, scouting and finding land to hunt on, how to humanely hunt and even go through processing a whole deer for meat. The program meets July 18, 25, 31 and August 1. After attending this classes, participants put their skills to test on a mentored hunt in the fall.
