Description:
Library! at Bown Crossing Hosts Colorful Idaho Author
Join Idaho native Richard Howard as he recounts his world travels and experiences

The Library! at Bown Crossing is proud to host author Richard Howard as he reads from his book, "Never Give Up on the Sagebrush Sea."

Howard, an Idaho native, spent much of his career working - and traveling - with the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service. His book recounts his various travels and adventures through the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Australia, and all the way back to the U.S. as part of a guided fishing outfit in Alaska. "Never Give Up on the Sagebrush Sea" draws on these experiences, and retells them in the form of stories, essays, and poems.

The event is free to the public, and no registration is required. For more information, call 208-972-8361, or visit boisepubliclibrary.org/calendar.
