If you enjoy the ABC television show Dancing With the Stars, you will love our local live ballroom dance showcase; Mad Hot for Ballroom.

Join us for our 12th Annual Gala Event to celebrate National Ballroom Dance Week. This is Idaho's biggest and best ballroom dance event. The evening begins with a catered dinner by The Dutch Oven Inn, followed by over 20 local ballroom dance couples and groups. These performers offer a wide variety of dance styles, abilities and ages. Our EmCee this year is KTVB News Channel 7's own Larry Gebert! Continue the evening with social dancing until 11 p.m.

During Mad Hot for Ballroom, there will be a silent auction filled with dance lesson packages from local dance studios, restaurant gift certificates, spa treatments, and more. The funds raised through the silent auction and sponsors are used to help fund Treasure valley youth dancing, such as the Element Ballroom Dance Team. Element is comprised of students from the three Nampa high schools and they will be performing in the showcase!

When: Saturday October 7, 2017. Doors open at 6 p.m. Dinner begins at 6:30 and The showcase begins at 7:30. Social dancing 9:30 to 11:00 p.m.
