FIRST COURSE:

NEW ENGLAND LOBSTER CANAPÉ
Lobster tail with red onion, celery, fresh cilantro and curry aioli atop sourdough toast points.

SALAD COURSE:

ROMANCE SALAD
Fresh strawberries, hearts of palm, candied walnuts and gorgonzola crumbles with baby greens and a balsamic dijon vinaigrette.

ENTRÉE COURSE:

CENTER CUT FILET
USDA choice, with a red wine demi glace, garlic and rosemary potato puree and grilled asparagus.

OR

SEA SCALLOP AND RISOTTO
Four U-10 sea scallops set upon a split pea risotto accompanied by grilled asparagus.

DESSERT COURSE:

CHOCOLATE CARAMEL LAVA CAKE
Double chocolate cake with a house made Captain Morgan caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.
