The Nampa Civic Center presents Willy Wonka Jr. to audiences Friday, July 24th at 7:00 pm at the Nampa Civic Center. The performers, ranging in age from 6 to 18, are all students of the Nampa Civic Center’s summer Musical Theater Camp, where they will have completed an exciting 2 weeks of valuable musical theater training. This performance marks the culmination of their theater camp experience. This show is partially underwritten through a generous donation from the Union Pacific Foundation in support of their programs for youth.
Join the Nampa Civic Center, Willy Wonka and his band of Oompa Loompas for Roald Dahl's timeless story of the eccentric confectioner and his search for an heir. Overflowing with music, comedy, and heart, this stage adaptation features all of your favorite characters and songs from the classic film, "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory," including "The Candy Man" and "Pure Imagination."
Tickets are $4.00 + $1.00 ticketing fee.
