Description:
Storytelling, the language art that pre-dates written history, has the
ability to transport the listener throughout the world. Join the
Treasure Valley Storytellers for an evening of storytelling from around
the world at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27, at the new Library! at
Collister.
This family event will feature stories about New Americans and friends
of New Americans, including stories from Central Europe, Southeast
Asia, and Africa. Treasure Valley Storytellers, of southwest Idaho, is
a local community organization dedicated to advancing the art of
storytelling as a performing art and teaching aid.
