But Jon Mortimer, Certified Executive Chef and owner of Mortimer's and Franco-Latino restaurants, learned to cook southern food from a master southern chef. Now he is downright anxious to cook up some lip-smackin' good food that will surely make you pine for lazy summer days and picnics under a big old oak tree in Georgia. Chef Mortimer is a radio show host, culinary instructor, cookbook author, and he has taught and cooked with some of the best chefs in the business; join him for tons of fun, as he teaches you the basics of cooking the best southern classics.
