Boise Public Library invites childcare providers and preschool teachers to attend a free early literacy workshop on Saturday, November 8, at the Main Library in downtown Boise. The three-hour workshop, “Every Child Ready to Read”, begins at 9:30 a.m. Registration is required.
Attendees will receive hands-on experience in getting children ready
for reading. The workshop will address six early literacy skills for
building a reading foundation and will include information about related
resources found in local public libraries.
Participants will receive a free bag filled with children’s books,
magnetic letters, puppets and more. IdahoStars credit is available.

Auditorium; please enter through the 8th Street auditorium doors. This
