Description:
Join us for Yoga at Mad Swede! You will lose stress, gain flexibility, and above all - have fun!! All levels welcome! (Bring your own mat!)
Class will be held in the brewery. Bring a yoga mat! After yoga, sample some of our refreshing brews. Cost includes a 1/2 pint.
$15 dollars for the yoga class (includes a half pint of any beer!) tickets can be purchases at Brown Paper Tickets or in the tasting room.
About the instructor, Edna Rey-Vizgirdas:
A yoga teacher for nearly 20 years, Edna enjoys sharing her love of yoga with others. A true nature nerd, Edna enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dog.
