Library! at Cole & Ustick Hosts 'Movie and Discussion' Series
Free monthly program features a variety of genres and hosted discussion

The Library! at Cole & Ustick is offering a new four-week program aimed at exploring various genres of film, followed by a hosted discussion.

The film education series, titled "Movie and Discussion," will run once each month from September through December. The movies are free of charge, and popcorn and sodas also will be provided. After the move, participants are invited to stay and lend their opinions via a moderated, half-hour discussion. The schedule is as follows:

Sept. 21: "The Promise," presented by local speaker Jo-Ann Kathchigian
Oct. 19: "Invasion of the Body Snatchers," presented by Branch Librarian Conner Bevis
Nov. 16: "The Tiger: An Old Hunter's Tale," presented by Boise State University History Professor Carol Schroeder
Dec. 21: "Holiday Inn," presented by Branch Library Assistant Kenzington Price

All movies start at 6:15 p.m., and no prior registration is required. For more information, call 208-972-8300, or visit boisepubliclibrary.org/calendar.
