Learn how to safely preserve your garden harvest using a boiling water canner. We will focus on tomatoes and safe salsa. Watch a live salsa-making demonstration.

Jams and Jellies - Wednesday, Sept. 21st - 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. - $15.00
Learn how to make soft spreads, homemade liquid pectin, and how to remake your soft spreads if they did not gel properly. Try some fun and unique jams.

Hands-On Pressure Canning - Wednesday, Sept. 28th - 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. - $40.00
Learn about low-acid foods and how to process them using a pressure canner. Information on how to use and care for your pressure canner will also be provided. Participate in a hands-on lab processing a low-acid food to keep.
