Healthy Heart, Healthy Body
5:30 PM
Nampa Public Library
Description:
Cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer of both men and women. Unfortunately, most people think that this only involves their hearts, yet it encompasses the entire circulatory system. You may be at risk for cardiovascular disease and not even know it, especially if you are obese, have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or are a smoker.

Pamela Krajnik, RN and wellness educator, of Nampa's Wellness Connection, is passionate about helping inform others how to increase their health and quality of life. On Tuesday, September 22nd at 5:30pm she will be leading an educational event called "Healthy Heart, Healthy Body" in the multipurpose room at the Nampa Public Library.

She will discuss what cardiovascular disease is, what the risk factors are, tips on prevention, and she'll talk about the pros and cons of prescription drugs vs natural supplement treatments. Pamela will also demonstrate an FDA approved, non-invasive and pain free cardiovascular screening device, the Cardio PulseWave, which is 99.17% as accurate as the hospital procedure in detecting cardiovascular issues. Attendees will have the chance to sign up for a free screening.

Please join us for this fascinating talk on a very important health topic? It could just help save a life!
