Helping Idaho Dogs presents an educational event with Maureen Backman, MS, CTC, PCT-A. The seminar will be held on September 22, 2015 from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the Hampton Inn and Suites Boise/Downtown. Ms. Backman is the founder of the Muzzle Up! Project and owner of Mutt About Town.
The seminar promotes safety and education on muzzle training, the importance of the muzzle, bonding with your dog through muzzle training, and more. This will be followed by discussion on setting dogs up for success, rewarding your dog more often and breaking free from the cycle of punishment.
