Signs of Our Times was conceived when Vangie Osborn discovered neon cat eyeglasses and a giant coffee cup signs in an unoccupied retail space downtown. Join Vangie at the December 8, 2015, Brown Bag Lecture as she shares her love of Boise and nostalgia for the Boise of her past which prompted her to undertake the preservation of a part of Boise's heritage.

Vangie is former managing director of the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Boise City Arts Commission, board member and interim executive director; and a past board member and president with the Idaho Humane Society.
