From fault lines to outcrops, from mineral rights to mining law, mining has always been driven by the passion for discovery and money. Come find out how geology and mining law shaped the way the west was won, and who won it. This lecture is presented by by historian Troy Lambert at 1pm, at Idaho Museum of Mining and Geology, 2455 Old Penitentiary Rd, FREE
